I've been watching the lake I guide on here in North Central Texas, Lake Ray Roberts, suffer from drought for going on four years now, and no one has said there's any end in sight.

I thought it would be a good time, before the weather really warms up, to go out and take a look at Lake Ray Roberts. What I found was what I expected.

The lake is continuing to fall, while the gate remains open to keeping the flow going - downriver to Lake Dallas. The water needs to flow, but what bothers a lot of us, is how it's used once it gets there.

Please feel free to watch the video, and let me hear your opinions.
