Krka River

On a second day of guiding my guest Victor we went to beautiful green Karst river Krka. Due to heavy rain at the morning, start wasn't promising ... But weather report was that rain will stop to te noon "which eventually did happen". So that in mind and with our good wading jackets we were quite optimistic. Fishing was not top notch, but never the less it was good at the end. We managed to land some solid fish ... Rainbows and brownies. I had meeting with strong rainbow buck, Victor managed to land nice brownie and we saw some really big rainbows, over 70 cm which were not interested to our flies. Despite to heavy conditions at start it was successful day. Krka is managed by Fisheries Research Institute of Slovenia Urko Fishing Adventures
