I cut a strip from a sheet of synthetic material

I tie a robust nylon thread on a grub hook.

At the same time, I tie four moose hairs and cut the surplus

I also tie a synthetic material strip.

I wrap the strip around the nylon monofilament, and the moose hairs.

When I reach the length that I wish to have the body, turn back by wrapping the coils of the strip on those wrapped before.

I lift up the feather, I tie a CDC hackle on hook and do a dubbing.

I wrap the CDC hackle around the chest, tie it near eye of hook and cut surplus.

I lower half of female pheasant feather on chest, tie it close to the eyes of the hook and cut the excess.
Step 14
I also down the other half of the feather on the chest
Step 15
Holding the tip of the feather, I shift the fibers back and fixed them on the hook. Cut surplus of feather.
