Can recommend Marco as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. We stalked some small carp in the river in difficult windy conditions then visited a fantastic faster stretch and I encountered the Andalusian barbel for the first time, quite an experience on the fly rod. We also had a short casting lesson between catching fish The only fault I can say is he will need to supply bigger wading boots fo rme next time :-)
Dear Jim it was a great day even though it started as a tough one and even despite the strong wings forecast. This only proves persistency and keeping the fly in the water even when the odds are against will eventually pay off. I was thrilled that you got to get some fish, especially that beautiful Gipsy Barbel (Luciobarbus Sclateri).

Wir hatten das Glück 2 Tage mit ihm an einem der Stauseen und an einem Fluss fischen zu können. An beiden Tagen konnten wir nach wenigen Minuten unsre ersten Fische haken. Karpfen, Forellenbarsche und Barben. Er ist sehr erfahren und kann die Gewässer perfekt lesen. Das Equipment das man leihen kann ist TOP. Auch über die Wälder, Plantagen und Früchte weiß Marco alles und teilte dies mit uns, was sehr interessant war und die Tage komplett machte.
Absolut empfehlenswert !

What I appreciated the most was the explanation about the fauna and flora, which fruit to eat or the how the cork threes are harvested etc..
