The days start with a Continental Breakfast composed of our in-house baked bread, fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, bacon, jam, seasonal honey, French toast and local creations like the popular Dulce de Leche (sweet milk jam) among others.
Our Famous riverside mid-day lunches are made with a wide variety of options and always including wine and beer with some delicatessens’ in accordance to the occasion.

This Northern Patagonia River collects the waters from various other tributaries as it flows from North to South and all shed their waters into the famous Collon Cura river, creating a lot of biodiversity that allows this river to be an extremely productive one.

The Collon Cura River is a very versatile river that can be fished with streamers, nymphs and dries throughout the entire season. Filled with strong rainbows and browns, that are “leader shy” and very fun to fight with.
We use RO Skiff boats with knee braces, which are very stable and comfortable to fish off of.
