The Futaleufú River is undoubtedly an unbeatable destination for fly fishing in Argentine Patagonia, not only for the abundance and size of its trout, but also for the majestic landscape at the foot of the Cordillera de los Andes, which along with Millennial Alerces forests and peaks with permanent snow, form a perfect setting for the fisherman's experience.

While the brown trout, voracious by nature, have in their favor a wide and deep river, with strong underwater currents, slides, fallen logs and rocks to propose a more than interesting challenge, even to the most skilled fishermen.
The river can be fished in various ways, in all its conditions. Hatchings of Mayflies, Caddis, Stoneflies, Midges occur in the morning and evening, and even sometimes all day long!
In addition, its ravine coasts, with elevated grasslands, provide land for these waters, providing good possibilities for those who like to fish with large dry flies and grasshoppers.
Of course the Streamers are also a highlight, especially for the Brown Trout that lurk from the depths of the river.
With a total extension of 25 km on the Argentine side, it has enough sections to fish for four days or more, without repeating water.
The icing on the cake is the possibility, at the beginning of the season, of capturing a Chinook Salmon that comes up the river from the Pacific. The Futaleufú River is part of their migratory route.

It has 8 rooms distributed on two floors with views of the River and the Andes, each room has an independent exit to the exterior deck and from there to the river, in addition to the exit to the internal hall. Half of the rooms are prepared especially for fly fishing lovers and have an intermediate hall at the outside exit, designed for equipment, rods, waders, boots and more.
The living room has a central fireplace and is integrated into the living room and the mezzanine.
