Created around Halloween this fish compilation of my local water ended up getting the eerie theme. The featured fish is the Upper Columbia River Redband, Rainbow. This river used to be home to Salmon and Steelhead before Chief Joseph and Grand Coulee dams were installed without fish passage, ladders.
